Returns

We at Wear it! hope that there is never the need to return a product for any reason. But we understand with all the care

taken errors are possible so we aim to make this part of your experience with us as easy as possible. The goods must be returned in the original packaging unworn, unlaundered, unsoiled and undamaged for goods to be accessed.

Request for Returns

We strongly recommend inspecting and counting goods supplied upon arrival. This will assist both of us to resolve any issue at may be discovered in a prompt and timely fashion. Any problems found with your order must be reported in writing to Wear it! within 7 days of receipt. info@wearit.com.au

Acceptable Returns

Wear it! reserves the right to repair, replace or refund goods that are found to be supplied in our error, due to faults and flaws making it unfit for purpose or product that significantly differs from advertised item.

Unacceptable Returns

Wear it! will not accept any product return or refund for goods that have been made to order, decorated, ordered incorrectly including; sizing, quantity, colour, wrong item or product, change of mind, no longer required or product found elsewhere.

Refunds

If a refund has been requested and agreed to, Wear it! will transfer the cost of the goods (not including freight) in question into your nominated account with 72 hours.
